About RealPennies
RealPennies follows the money in stocks priced under $5. Share volume alone can mislead in penny stocks, where a sub-penny ticker can trade a billion shares and only move a few thousand dollars. So we rank by dollar volume: shares traded multiplied by the volume-weighted average price.
