Southeastern Banking Corporation Announces Second Quarter 2009 Dividend

DARIEN, Ga., May 14 // -- Southeastern Banking Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: SEBC) announced recently
that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.085 per share on its common stock for the second quarter of 2009. The dividend is payable on June 10 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 28.
