Applied DNA Sciences Inc. announced that it has signed a supply agreement with an international printing company, headquartered in Asia. With a well established sales force, and a deep understanding of their International and regional customers, the company chose to work with APDN specifically to provide the highest level of authenticity and quality of printed materials to an elite, discerning clientele. The company will use APDN Authentication Marks to protect its clients' products from counterfeiting and fraud. APDN successfully completed a feasibility study for the company in 2009. Per the terms of the Supply Agreement, APDN will receive payments for each unique Authentication Mark purchased, with additional payments possible for authenticating the Marks. Each DNA Authentication Mark is being manufactured solely for the customer and is exclusively for their use. This agreement extends the reach of APDN's business for the first time beyond the US and Europe. Asia is an important marketplace for the company's technology as much counterfeiting and diversion takes place in this part of the world. China and India remain the top countries of origin for counterfeit and pirated goods, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Applied DNA Sciences Inc. announced that it has signed an exclusive supply agreement with a renowned luxury brand with global distribution, headquartered in Europe. In the Agreement, APDN has committed to supply the Company with proprietary DNA Authentication Marks exclusively for the brand-owner's customers. APDN will receive a fee for each unique Authentication Mark purchased, with additional fees paid to APDN for authentications. In exchange for exclusive rights in the specified field, the brand-owner has agreed to minimum-volume purchases for each year of the Agreement. The initial term of the agreement is for five years. APDN's DNA Authentication Marks will be used to mark unique luxury goods and link them to specific owners. On signing of the Agreement, APDN received purchase orders for multiple DNA Authentication Marks. These purchase orders have already been filled and shipped back to the brand-owner.

Applied DNA Sciences Inc. filed its 10-K on December 23, 2009 for the period ending September 30, 2009. In this report its auditor, RBSM, LLP, gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.
