A full-time networker since 1991, Mr. McGrath served as the Master Distributor in four network marketing companies. Sylvia McGrath has 19 years of marketing experience, including Vice President of Marketing for a network marketing company, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a design firm with Fortune 500 clientele.

Effective June 23, 2009, the Board of Directors of XELR8 Holdings Inc. appointed Daniel W. Rumsey as the company's Interim Chief Executive Officer, replacing Sanford D. Greenberg. Mr. Greenberg will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors. Currently, he serves as a principal of the Disclosure Law Group and is the founder and President of SEC Connect, LLC.

Effective June 8, 2009, Anthony B. Petrelli resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of XELR8 Holdings Inc. Effective June 8, 2009, Douglas Ridley resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ridley will continue to serve as the company's President. Effective June 10, 2009, John D.
