WW Energy Inc. announces the anticipation to formulate and plan to begin a trucking branch operation in the western Colorado area this year. Western Colorado has become a hotbed for drilling and exploration as a result of the 6,000 square mile Piceance Basin which is estimated to contain a huge amount of oil and natural gas reserves, rumored to be the largest reservoir in the Rocky Mountain region. Total estimates range from 31 tcf to 100 tcf. As demand for oil and gas increases, the drilling and exploration of oil and gas wells will also increase. To date WW Trucking Inc. maintains a fleet of 18 trucks with various capabilities to address the needs of oil field transportation.

WW Energy Inc. is on the look out for acquisitions, the company informed that it has been aggressively looking for opportunities in the oil and gas area. President, Olin Glover, WW Energy, said: “"Over the past several months we have been aggressively reviewing several opportunities in the oil and gas area, to build an initial land bank with good prospects to potentially develop into producing oil and gas fields. More recently, as with the Success Oil acquisition, we have begun to focus on purchasing producing oil and gas properties to take advantage of immediate cash flows as well as further developing the producing acreage. In the near future, we expect to announce further acquisitions of producing oil and gas properties with infrastructure in place. In addition, several opportunities pertaining to alternative energy have appeared and plans are underway to create a separate division within the company should negotiations involving these opportunities be successfully concluded. WW Energy Inc. announced the third well on the Gray Property to be re-entered and completed to produce oil and gas, using the same method that is being proposed on the existing two wells. This should increase the production by 25%-35%. When this well was commercially producing, it was producing 35 bbls. of oil per day. WW Energy intends to do an additional study on the southern New Mexico oil and gas leases that would include Seismic, Geological and Physiological Surveys to determine the feasibility of drilling a very high-risk wildcat exploratory test well.
