Telular Corp. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2009. For the quarter, the company increased revenue 21% to $13.0 million over $10.77 million for the prior year period. The company grew net income to $1.0 million or $0.06 per diluted share from $0.12 million or $0.01 per diluted share in the prior year period. Net income before non-cash items increased 75% to $1.6 million compared to $0.94 million in the prior year period. The company reported income from operations of $0.9 million and income from continuing operations before income taxes of $0.99 million compared to income from operations of $0.041 million and income from continuing operations before income taxes of $0.12 million for the same period a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was $3.02 million compared to $0.71 million reported a year ago.
