WebSky Signs Services Agreement with Nextwave Unit

WebSky Inc. has signed a services agreement to support the Argentine operations of NextWave Wireless. The agreement is part of the takeover by NextWave of WebSky Argentina. NextWave will pay WebSky USA $2.5 million, plus up to $2 million more upon completion of long-term contracts for wireless services that NextWave's Argentine clients may require. In addition, the services agreement provides for royalty payments to WebSky of 7% of revenues for four years from any supply and services contracts with specific companies.
