For the quarter on GAAP basis, the company reported revenue of $78.6 million as compared to $74.9 million for the same period prior year. Operating income was $1.3 million, compared to an operating loss of $4.3 million in the third quarter of 2008. Loss before income taxes was $253,000 as compared to $5,549,000 for the same period prior year.
