Fluid, LLC will be providing all of its packaging equipment and existing customer base for Windshield washer fluid and antifreeze distribution. Voyager Petroleum, Inc. will operate the equipment and also supply the eco-friendly petroleum-based products, including its "New formulation Antifreeze."
