Visual Industries Inc. announced that it has formed a joint venture agreement with Harris Visual 3D of Australia. After VUAL management's successful demonstration of the Visual Digital 3D without Glasses prototype display, the joint-venture deal between the two companies was consummated. This joint venture will focus on sales and marketing of both companies' 3D innovation products; Harris Signs' printed lenticular technology and Visual Industries' Digital 3D Monitor displays. The initial marketing and sales will be directed toward the advertising & entertainment industry.
