Viosolar Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Bill Kanatas, of Chicago, Illinois, as Vice-President, North American Business Development. Mr. Kanatas attended Loyola University in Chicago, IL. Over the past 15 years, as a respected businessman and financier, he was responsible for co-founding over a dozen companies ranging from Bio-Tech to Real Estate.

Viosolar Inc. filed its 20-F on February 13, 2009 for the period ending July 31, 2008. In this report its auditor, Bateman & Co. Inc., P.C., gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.
