visionGateway Inc. announced that its INTERScepter(TM) SMB Lite(TM) appliances, a solution that allows small businesses to manage their employees effectively and responsibly, has been selected by a major retail group for sale in more than 500 retail stores in Australia, with deliveries set to commence in July 2008. The contract, valued by the Company at over $28 million over a period of 12 months, calls for 1,600 INTERScepter SMB Lite appliances per month through a direct network of 72 stores and distribution to more than 500 stores across Australia. The purchaser will make an immediate deposit on the order.

The purchaser will make an immediate deposit on the order. SmartParent gives parents complete control over all internet use in the home, managing all home users and how they access web sites and all applications (such as Facebook, YouTube, MySpace, Instant Messaging, Email and Chat Rooms). It also features minute-by-minute reporting and control over all the 65,000 ports that access the internet. The appliance version is a plug-and-play option that can be easily installed in an office or home network without disrupting any information flow.

visionGateway Inc. announced that CounterTrade Products Inc. placed a $5 million Purchase Order with visionGATEWAY, raising the total for major purchase orders received by the Company in the last six weeks to over $12,500,000. CounterTrade's highly effective sales team has commenced a major sales campaign in January to market the appliance version of INTERScepter(TM) into the 5.6 million SMBs (Small to Medium Businesses) in the USA as well as into the government and education sectors of its existing client base.
