visionGateway Inc. announced that its INTERScepter(TM) SMB Lite(TM) appliances, a solution that allows small businesses to manage their employees effectively and responsibly, has been selected by a major retail group for sale in more than 500 retail stores in Australia, with deliveries set to commence in July 2008. The contract, valued by the Company at over $28 million over a period of 12 months, calls for 1,600 INTERScepter SMB Lite appliances per month through a direct network of 72 stores and distribution to more than 500 stores across Australia. The purchaser will make an immediate deposit on the order.

The contract, valued by the Company at more than $10 million over a period of 12 months, calls for 3,000 INTERScepter SmartParent(TM) appliances per month through a direct network of 72 stores and distribution to more than 500 stores across Australia. The purchaser will make an immediate deposit on the order.
