Union Square Sports and Entertainment will serve as the exclusive television production company for Waterbucket Media and their portfolio of clients. The agreement includes a number of sponsored broadcasts by the National High School Coaches Association and other high profile affiliations of Waterbucket Media. USSE will support Waterbucket Media in securing sponsorships as it relates to integrated media opportunities. Several broadcasts will take place immediately after the first of the year for the National High School Coaches Association. USSE will provide all broadcast and production services for Waterbucket Media events including all aspects of broadcast logistics, content development, formatting and clearances. In addition, USSE will assist in new business development.

Union Square Sports and Entertainment Inc. announced an agreement with TruTV, Granada Productions and University of Mississippi to co-produce a made for television authentic show entitled Gridiron U. USSE has been contracted by TruTV to develop this show about the personalities and daily occurrences of the Ole Miss Football team. Focus will be on the trials and tribulations of current and incoming student athletes as they try to make the starting team. Returning upper classmen must fend off the challenge of the 'new kids on the block.' The show will also revolve around the personalities of Head Coach Houston Nutt and his assistants. The audience will get a glimpse of the on-field and behind the scenes action, getting up front and personal with the coaches and players. Shooting will take place during the summer training camp period.

Union Square Sports and Entertainment Inc. closes on five new projects spanning amateur and professional sports, fashion, media and retail. Partnering with a number of industry leaders, USSE has been tapped to provide varied services including production, sales and brand development for: an event at the 80th MLB All-Star Week in St. Louis mid July; a Georges St. Pierre booth at the UFC(R) Fan Expo(TM), starting July 10th up to the historic fights on July 11th in Las Vegas; two new college football radio programs on American Family National Radio this fall featuring legendary football coach and former ESPN sports analyst Mike Gottfried; and a market research study for H.W. Carters and Sons, a 150 year old American apparel company. In addition, USSE will be consulting for the 2011 World Police and Fire Games to be held in New York City beginning late August. USSE will assist in developing and negotiating all domestic and international media contracts, coordinating operations and logistics and executing all media platforms. 20,000 police and firefighters from 70 different countries compete in 65 sports in an Olympic style competition. The games will also mark the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
