Unbridled Energy Corporation announced that they have signed a Forbearance Agreement with Huntington National Bank. The Bank has agreed to extend the maturity date of the company's outstanding bank loan from November 16, 2009 to December 16, 2009, and to forbear from taking any further action to collect the bank loan until at least December 16, 2009. In exchange, the company agreed to make an immediate principal payment of $175,000 to the Bank and have one of the Company's U.S. subsidiaries, Unbridled Energy PA., LLC, execute an Agreement of Guaranty and Surety ship of the Loans, a related Open-End Mortgage, Indenture, Security Agreement, Financing Statement and an Assignment of Production Agreement in respect of the U.S. owned assets of Unbridled Energy PA., LLC.

Unbridled Energy Corporation announced that Mr. Robert Pryde, Vice President Exploration, has resigned from Unbridled Energy to accept a position with another company, effective November 1, 2009.

Unbridled Energy Corporation announced that it has successfully prepared the 3-17-41-11 W5 well to be hydraulically fractured in the 2nd White Specs Shale formation (2WS) in the Chambers area of the Ferrier Field in Alberta, Canada. The formation is over 120 metres thick at a depth of 2,850 m. The well was previously producing in the Ellerslie formation, but became uneconomic due to depletion. The well was recently recompleted uphole to allow the 2WS to be fractured and flow tested. The 2WS formation exists over all of Unbridled's acreage and management estimates it contains more than 1 Tcf net of discovered resource.
