UMINING Resources Inc. announces that the company has entered into a joint venture agreement with Kansalas Resources SA. Universal Mining Corporation and Kansalas Resources SA. will pool their technical and financial resources to produce gold on a mining property covering 97 square kilometers located in Guinea in the prefecture of Siguiri. Universal Mining Corporation has completed the establishment of the Guinean branch of the company to enable UMC to operate in Guinea-Universal Mining Guinea-SA. This branch of UMC shall be overseen and managed by Maria Spiliopoulos as part of her Vice-President of Mining Operations duties.

UMINING Resources Inc. changed its name to Universal Mining Corporation

UMINING Resources Inc. announced continues to restructure the Board of Directors. Marie-Eve Bilodeau has been nominated as U Mining's new Secretary and Maria Spiliopolous has been nominated as Vice President of Mining Operations at the office in Guinea. Between the company and the Government of Guinea will be Her Excellence Hadja Fanta Toya Conde and lastly the new Corporate Attorney in Conakry will be Sekou Koundiano ESQ. Second, U Mining Resources Inc. shall be taking a new direction, the company has been dormant long enough. The company is to be opening a new Head Office in Canada and will be responsible for all administrative duties. The company will also be opening a new office in Conakry that will be the head of overseeing all mining operations.
