We market our control units under the Targis,® Prostatron® and CoolWave® names and our procedure kits under the CTC™, Targis and Prostaprobe™ names. We are also in the process of developing our next generation catheter, CoolMax™, in which we are planning to combine durability with increased patient comfort. All systems utilize the Company’s Cooled ThermoTherapy technology, a targeted microwave energy combined with a unique cooling mechanism that protects healthy tissue and enhances patient comfort while providing safe, effective, lasting relief from the symptoms of BPH. Urologix, Inc. reported unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2009. For the quarter, the company reported operating loss and loss before income taxes of $282,000, net loss of $273,000 or $0.02 diluted loss per share on sale of $4,064,000 as compared to operating loss of $1,062,000, loss before income taxes of $1,056,000, net loss of $1,068,000 or $0.07 diluted loss per share on sale of $3,386,000 for the same period last year.
