Titan Uranium Inc. announce that it has commenced a prefeasibility study on the Sheep Mountain uranium deposit in Fremont County, Wyoming. Titan recently acquired 100% ownership of the mine. The study, which is expected to take about six months to complete, will include: Completion of a uranium resource evaluation and modeling of the potential open pit and underground mining areas; Development of a preliminary underground mine and reclamation plan; Development of an open pit mine and reclamation plan; Development of a conceptual plan for heap leach extraction; and completion of a NI 43-101 compliant resource report (update of underground resources and original estimate for open pit). The Sheep Mountain project hosts an NI 43-101 compliant Inferred Resource of 15.6 million pounds of U3O8. The mine is a past-producer of uranium and the prefeasibility study will provide the necessary documentation required to amend the present mine permit.

Titan Uranium Inc. announced that drilling has commenced on a twenty one hole exploration drilling program (10,000 feet, 3,300 meters). The program is designed to explore a potential new trend for the on-going evaluation of the Green River South project, Utah. Rotary drilling is being performed by Caroll Drilling, of Moab, UT. Downhole geophysical logging services are being provided by Hawkins Logging of Cody, WY. The Green River South property covers over 15,000 acres.

Titan Uranium Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Don Ching as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ching is a retired businessman who sits as a corporate board member for several organizations and businesses and acts as a consultant on various projects. Mr. Ching was the President and Chief Executive Officer of AREVA Resources Canada Inc. from January, 2005 to December, 2007 and prior to that was the President and Chief Executive Officer of SaskTel. Mr. Ching has also served as the President of Crown Investment Corporation, as a managing partner in the law firm of Mitchell Taylor Romanow Ching and as Executive Vice President of the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan.
