Titanium Holdings Inc. recently announced the addition of Tamara Buie and Michael Radesky to its management team. Buie will develop the human resources policies and programs for the company as senior vice president of human resources. Radesky, named chief operating officer, will direct and manage all operations of Titanium Holdings and oversee the creation and implementation of more efficient internal processes. Buie joins the company with more than 15 years of human resources and management experience. The former Wells Fargo Home Mortgage assistant vice president and human resources consultant led the due diligence review for Default & Retention Operations, created a leadership forum and introduced a program to recognize high performing employees. Buie's management experience includes positions with Avery Dennison Corp., the Walt Disney Co. and Syncor International Corp. Prior to joining Titanium Holdings, Radesky was senior vice president and Consumer Loan Risk Operations executive for Bank of America Corp. In this role he was responsible for default management, loss mitigation and recovery services for the bank's first mortgage, home equity and consumer loan portfolios. Radesky's 21-year tenure with the company also included serving as senior vice president of collection operations and Operational Process and Strategy executive and senior vice president of credit services and collection and recovery. Additionally, he is a former vice president for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
