Shareholder class action filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of Tronox Inc. between November 28, 2005 and January 12, 2009 inclusive by the law firm of Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check, LLP. The complaint charges Kerr-McGee Corporation Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and certain of Kerr-McGee and Tronox's officers and directors with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
