The company reported net loss attributable to common shareholders of $1.33 billion, or $23.66 per share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009, compared to a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $1.34 billion, or $29.28 per share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008. Total revenues for the third quarter of 2009 were $282.2 million, compared to $31.18 million for the third quarter of 2008. For the first nine months ended September 30, 2009, the company has reported a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $2.43 billion, or $57.60 per share, compared to a net loss attributable to common shareholders of $1.93 billion, or $33.24 per share, for the first nine months ended September 30, 2008. For the first nine months of 2009, total revenues increased to $405.27 million from $341.49 million for the comparable period of 2008.
