Superior Well Services, Inc. (SWSI) Wrap Up:

We are a Delaware corporation formed in 2005 to serve as the parent holding company for an oilfield services business operating under the Superior Well Services name since 1997. In August 2005, we completed our initial public offering of 6,460,000 shares of common stock at a price of $13.00 per share and in December 2006 we completed a follow-on offering of 3,690,000 shares of common stock at a price of $25.50 per share. We provide a wide range of wellsite solutions to oil and natural gas companies, primarily technical pumping services and down-hole surveying services. We focus on offering technologically advanced equipment and services at competitive prices, which we believe allows us to successfully compete against both major oilfield services companies and smaller, independent service providers. We identify and pursue opportunities in markets where we can capitalize on our competitive advantages to establish a significant market presence.  ...
