The board of directors of the Genting Hong Kong Limited announced that subsequent to the passing of the special resolution by the Shareholders at the Special General Meeting held on October 15, 2009 for the Change of Company Name, the approval by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on the Change of Company Name from 'STAR CRUISES LIMITED' to 'Genting Hong Kong Limited' has been obtained. The certificate of incorporation on change of name and the certificate of secondary name have been issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda confirming the effectiveness of the new name on October 21, 2009. The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong has issued the certificate of registration of change of corporate name of non-Hong Kong company confirming the Change of Company Name with effect from November 10, 2009.

Agenda: To approve of the registrar of companies in Bermuda being obtained, the name of the company be changed from 'Star Cruises Limited' to 'Genting Hong Kong Limited' and the Chinese name ' ® ß 0 ¥ Þ ® !' be adopted as the secondary name of the company to replace the Chinese name 'K C Þ ® ! ', which was adopted for identification purpose, and that any director or the company secretary of the company be and is hereby authorized generally to do all such acts and things and execute all documents and deeds as he/she may consider necessary or expedient to give effect to the aforesaid change of name and adoption of secondary name for and on behalf of the company.
