Star Resorts Development, Inc. has announced that it has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily deregister its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Star Resorts announced the appointment of members to its Advisory Board that bring with them a wealth of experience and expertise in various fields including development, operations, finance, and marketing. Timothy M. Marx appointed as business development advisor, Francisco Suarez appointed as executive & administrative advisor and Erick Sydow appointed as marketing advisor. Timothy Marx began amassing business development experience while at the Philadelphia offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers working in Business Recovery Services and constructing a three-year budget for a portfolio of properties proposed for sale to the city of Detroit. Timothy also participated in the Fulbright Scholarship program and received a Bi-national Business Grant while working in corporate banking at Grupo Financiero Banorte. Timothy is fluent in English and Spanish. Francisco Suarez has a 12 year solid record of improving operations, enhancing business growth, and maximizing profits through finance management, cost reductions, internal controls, and productivity and efficiency improvements. Erick Sydow is a marketing expert originally from Venezuela. His international experience includes conducting Pepsi Cola's first ever nationwide consumer promotion in Venezuela.
