Summit Resources Ltd. announced that the company secretary, Ms. Gillian Swaby, has stepped down and will be replaced by Ms. Joanne McDonald. Ms. McDonald has over 8 years' experience in corporate governance and administration for listed companies. From 2001 to 2006 she worked for Unilever plc in London gaining extensive experience of the London, New York, Euronext, Frankfurt and Zurich Stock Exchanges. In May 2007, Ms. McDonald joined Paladin as Assistant Company Secretary. Summit also advises that the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Mark Bolton, has stepped down and has been replaced by Mr. Garry Korte. Mr. Korte is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years' experience in mining and related industries, including at Director level and has also been appointed as CFO of Paladin Energy Ltd. Mr. Korte completed his training with PricewaterhouseCoopers before working for Credit Suisse in London. More recently Mr. Korte gained investment banking experience with Resource Finance Corporation in Australia, held the position of General Manager Commercial for Brambles' mining services division and was an Executive Director and the CFO of Windimurra Vanadium Limited.
