Solei Systems Inc. announced that its patent pending liquid cooled LED phototherapy machine has met the preliminary FDA requirements. The Company has entered into an agreement with an FDA approved independent consulting and testing laboratory to conduct the remaining tests in order to obtain final 510(k) FDA Clearance, UL approval, CSA C22.2 #601.1, IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2, CENELEC EN 60601-1, and the CE mark. The compliance with international regulations should further increase foreign exports. The Company's patent pending liquid cooling technology allows for much greater output levels than previous existing technology, resulting in more dramatic results in less time.

Solei Systems Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement to become the exclusive U.S. distributor for Aviva Labs Inc. Under the year-long agreement the Company will be the sole distributor for all Aviva Labs' Spray Booth Solutions in the U.S. Under the agreement, Aviva Labs will send the Company all sales leads received for these products and will link Aviva labs' web site, www.avivalabs.com, directly to Solei Systems' site, www.soleisystems.com. The Company also will receive full marketing support by Aviva Labs including all brand and product marketing collaterals. Important, on a revenue basis, Solei Systems will receive full credit for all incoming orders received directly by Aviva Labs for the term of the agreement.

Solei Systems Inc. announced that it had recently signed an agreement with a United Kingdom-based distributor that will provide for the sales of its products across all European countries, as well as Australia and other international markets. Under terms of the distribution agreement, the Company received initial purchase orders exceeding $400,000 for product to be shipped promptly. Other conditions of the agreement call for continuous monthly purchase orders of at least $100,000 per month. Products covered under the distribution agreement include the Company's LED therapy products, and its poolside coin operated SPF 30 spray booth-the only one of its kind in the world.
