San Anton Resource Corporation announce the following update on the Cerro del Gallo project, Mexico. A strategic appraisal of the project has identified a potential pathway to commercialise the higher grade gold and silver domain of the existing, well understood gold/silver/copper resource. The company has identified a significant amount of gold/silver bearing weathered and oxide material – at very low strip ratio-within the existing resource at Cerro del Gallo, following a detailed review of all drill data, core and further modelling of the geological domains.

San Anton Resource Corporation announced that Craig McPherson has been appointed to the Board of Directors of San Anton. The appointment of Mr. McPherson follows the resignation of Mr. Dudley Leitch, who has resigned for personal reasons. Mr. McPherson is the Chief Financial Officer of Kings Minerals NL, the principal shareholder of San Anton. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Prior to joining Kings Minerals, Mr. McPherson worked in Brisbane, Australia as a chartered accountant for more than ten years and he has extensive experience in the areas of business advice, financial management and taxation.
