SNM Global Holdings announced a joint venture with High Speed Magazine and its editor 'DJ' Foothill to develop a social media network and launch an online magazine. The new entity will be an online social media community that will include an online magazine, a reality television program, interactive entertainment tools and the development of partnerships with other social networking sites. The company will launch an online sports and entertainment magazine with emphasis on upcoming athletes and entertainers. SNM will launch the online site with a limited VIP hard copy run in the first quarter of 2010.
