Seakinetics Corporation announced that it had opened its new office in Delhi, India as a strategic move to support the development and construction of its 300 MW Tamil Nadu wind energy project in southern India. The new office will also facilitate the company's ability to take advantage of the recently announced plans of the Indian government to infuse USD 500 billion into infrastructure improvements with new electric power production and grid improvements.

Seakinetics Corp. announced that Jack Dhaliwal, who is currently the acting CTO, has accepted an appointment to the position of EVP and COO, pending closing of a transaction with Retech. Dhaliwal will retain his responsibilities for guiding the company in its day to day activities in the technological development of both large scale wind and wave energy projects. In addition, he will be responsible for introducing new opportunities in the renewable energy sector to Seakinetics going forward.

Seakinetics Corp. appointed Jack Dhaliwal, a Re-Tech engineer and expert in the Renewable Energy business, as the company's Chief Technology Officer. The company will leverage Mr. Dhaliwal's experience and knowledge in the renewable energy sector to the benefit of Seakinetics and its shareholders.
