Stargold Mines Inc. announced that effective March 27, 2009, F. Bryson Farrill resigned as a director and as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Effective March 4, 2009, Keith C. Minty resigned as a director. Effective March 27, 2009, Evgeny Belchenko, the company's sole director following Mr. Minty's resignation, was appointed to serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Belchenko, age 53, has served as a director of the company since April 2008. He has been the General Director of UniverCompany LLC that has been acquired by the company, since December 2005.

Stargold Mines, Incs common stock has been deleted from OTC Bulletin Board effective April 14, 2009 on account of its Failure to comply with NASD 6530. The company has been added to NBB.

Effective April 06, 2009, Stargold Mines Inc. will change its OTCBB stock ticker symbol to SGDME from SGDM.
