Production during October through December 2008 was 1,257 ounces by the 3 dredges, which sold for $918,634 compared with 710 ounces in the same three month period in 2007 which sold for $492,732. Two of these dredges are owned by a joint venture in which Naril owns a 65% interest. In addition, Naril operates one wholly owned dredge with a second wholly owned dredge currently being repaired before returning to service. The Company is also pleased to announce that it is proceeding with preliminary evaluation of certain of its mineral claims in San Juan County, Utah. The Company previously released several claims.
