Road King Infrastructure Ltd. announced that Mr. Hu Aimin has resigned as a non-executive Director on October 13, 2009 and Mr. Guo Limin has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the company replacing Mr. Hu with effect from October 13, 2009. Mr. Guo, aged 46, holds a master degree in International Business of Hunan University and a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering of Beijing Institute of Chemical Industry. He is the chairman of Shum Yip Holdings Company Limited and Shenzhen Investment Limited, and a non-executive director of Coastal Greenland Limited.

Road King Infrastructure Ltd. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2009. The company reported profit before taxation of HKD 381,954,000 and profit attributable to equity holders of the company of HKD 255,091,000 or HKD 0.35 per diluted share and revenue of HKD 2,464,196,000 compared to profit before taxation of HKD 728,709,000 and profit attributable to equity holders of the company of HKD 463,767,000 or HKD 0.62 per diluted share and revenue of HKD 3,102,273,000 for the same period a year ago. For the period, the company reported net cash from operating activities of HKD 1,613,455,000 compared to net cash used in operating activities of HKD 1,601,987,000 for the same period a year ago. The company announced that purchase of property, plant and equipment of HKD 719,000 compared to purchase of property, plant and equipment of HKD 57,848,000 for the same period a year ago.
