QRS Music Technologies, Inc. announced that it has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to deregister its common stock and suspend its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Company comfortably met the requirements for deregistration having under 300 record shareholders. As a result of the filing of the Form 15, the Company's obligation to file with the SEC certain reports and forms, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, will immediately cease.

On May 19, 2008, the Audit Committee of QRS Music Technologies Inc. received written notification from McGladrey & Pullen, L.L.P. that it had resigned as the Company’s Independent registered public accounting firm. McGladrey was engaged as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm as of January 29, 2007.
