The NASDAQ Stock Market announced that it will delist the common stock of PreVu, Incorporated. PreVu's stock was suspended on August 4, 2008 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time. NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting. The delisting becomes effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.

PreVu, Incorporated announced that it has been unable to obtain the capital or other financing necessary to pursue the mall accessories store concept and continue its operations on a long term basis. As a result, the Company will begin implementing an immediate liquidation process in its stores. The Company expects to be fully liquidated by the end of October. Because of the Company’s obligations, it is not expected that any shareholders of the Company will receive any proceeds from the liquidation. The Company has also determined to take the steps necessary to discontinue the registration of its common stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Filing for deregistration with the SEC will immediately suspend the Company’s obligations to file certain reports with the SEC, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K. The Company expects that deregistration of its common stock will become effective 90 days after the date of filing of a Form 15.

PreVu, Inc. announced it is going out of business. It has been unable to obtain the capital or other financing necessary to develop a mall accessories store concept it began pursuing earlier this year, and continue its operations on a long-term basis. The company plans to fully liquidate some 100 mall stores as well as 14 airport locations by the end of October.
