Planet Resource Recovery Inc. announced the appointment of Mr. Emil Pena to the company's advisory board. Mr. Pena is also President and CEO of GENERATION POWER Inc. Mr. Pena served in the U.S. Department of Energy as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Natural Gas and Petroleum Technology, Office of Fossil Energy.

Planet Resource Recovery Inc. announced that the company has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Gold and Minerals Company Inc., and El Capitan Precious Metals Inc. The proposed venture is for the exploration, development and production of base and precious metals, including gold and silver, from the 7,000 acre El Capitan property located in New Mexico. Sample material from the El Capitan site, in addition to assay reports, are currently being evaluated in Planet's laboratory. After the successful evaluation of the material and assays, Planet and El Capitan will engage a contractor miner and industrial capacity equipment for processing. While no date has yet been confirmed to begin field application, both companies expect required permitting and operations to proceed rapidly.

Planet Resource Recovery Inc. announced that Glenn McGinnis, CEO of Arizona Clean Fuels Yuma, has accepted a role on the company's advisory board. McGinnis and Planet's chief science officer, Michael Smallwood, had previously worked together on a project for Valero Oil Company in Aruba. McGinnis currently serves as director and senior advisor to the Alberta's First Nations Energy Center. In March 2005, Glenn joined Arizona Clean Fuels Yuma LLC as chief executive officer with full responsibility for the development and implementation of a project to permit, build and operate a new 150,000 barrel per day refinery in Arizona.
