Players Network announced that it has finalized an agreement with IndiVisual Learning, LLC to increase global distribution. Under the agreement, content to be distributed includes Players Network's library of over 1,500 titles from the networks three channels: Players Network, Vegas on Demand, and Sexy Sin City. The deal between Indivisual and Players Network currently includes revenue sharing and sponsorship opportunities for international brands, and the parties foresee a subscription-based model within the next 12 to 18 months. Players Network's current EU distribution includes over 120 million television homes on BuzzTV, and with this latest move, the network foresees greater brand awareness and revenue opportunities on a global scale.

Players Network announced that it has launched Vegas on Demand, its second channel offering on Hulu.http://www.hulu.com/search?query=Vegas+On+Demand. The Vegas on Demand brand has allowed Players Network to expand their Hulu offerings to include more entertaining segments focused on the fun and excitement of what Las Vegas as a city has to offer. The companies will monatize the channel through splitting advertising that pre-rolls before each program. Vegas on Demand can also be viewed on DirecTV, Dish Network, AT&T and Verizon cable systems, and as Vegas on Comcast, in the on demand offerings.

Players Network announced a co-branding and revenue share agreement with Horse Racing Simulation, LLC. The revenue sharing deal is part of Players Network's ongoing business model to monetize their content by combining advertising, branded entertainment, and e-commerce within programming categories. Players Network will market Horse Racing Simulation's SIM2WIN handicapping software and Horse Racing Fantasy's www.horserace.com racing products, both already affiliated with major horse racing brands, as e-commerce with integrated network branding and advertising opportunities.
