PanGenex Corporation announced that it has finalized a strategic partnership with BulovaTech Labs Inc. The new partnership supports the joint development and commercialization of PanGenex's nutraceutical and healthcare products. The partnership includes an exclusive collaboration agreement that will accelerate the development of proprietary technologies and products, which will be marketed by PanGenex under the PanGenex trademark.

PanGenex Corporation announced that two interventional cardiologists, Dr. Steven Yakubov and Dr. Mark Turco, have joined the company's Scientific Advisory Board. The PanGenex Scientific Advisory Board functions to assist in product development and clinical testing, as well as helping to direct the Company's marketing practices to physicians and their peers in the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Steven Yakubov is an interventional cardiologist, Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Marion General Hospital and Medical Director of the MidWest Cardiology Research Foundation. Dr. Yakubov has participated in more than 75 clinical trials involving interventional cardiology, peripheral vascular medicine and electrophysiology. Dr. Yakubov is also a valued advisor for BioStar Ventures, a venture capital partnership created by physicians and medical business leaders to invest primarily in early-stage medical devices. Dr. Mark Turco is an interventional cardiologist and a member of Cardiovascular Consultants, PA. Dr. Turco has significant experience in clinical trial research with an emphasis on acute coronary syndromes, interventional cardiology drugs and devices, and myocardial infarction. Dr. Turco works closely with the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions on guidelines, CMS policy, and other advocacy.

PanGenex Corporation issued a progress report on significant developments of its flagship product lines. PanGenex has developed unique patent-protected products, which effectively address cardiac health, soft tissue calcification, and blood lipids. The company's core products Calci-CLEAR(TM), LIPIDEME(TM), and Omeganol(TM) are being recommended and/or sold directly by health care professionals, including physicians and chiropractors, in more than 20 states including California, New York, New Jersey and Florida. In addition, PanGenex now sells products internationally in Puerto Rico, Canada, Brazil and Australia.
