Pro-Fac Cooperative, Inc. is an agricultural cooperative corporation formed in 1960 under the Cooperative Corporations Law of New York to market crops grown by its members. Crops marketed by Pro-Fac include fruits (cherries, apples, blueberries, and peaches), vegetables (snap beans, beets, cucumbers, peas, sweet corn, carrots, cabbage, squash, asparagus and potatoes) and popcorn.
