Pernod-Ricard SA announced that the Combined General Meeting was held on November 2, 2009. At the meeting the shareholders approved the payment of dividend distribution of EUR 0.50 per share. The return to the usual cash dividend distribution policy of one third of net profit from recurring operations is planned for the 2009/10 financial year. At the meeting the shareholders appointed Alexandre Ricard. Gerald Frere, Michel Chambaud and Anders Narvinger as new Directors for a term of four years. Alexandre RICARD, he has been the Chairman and CEO of Irish Distillers since July 2008. Over the past five years, Michel CHAMBAUD also acted as Manager of Nyala Finance Paris. Over the past five years, Anders NARVINGER also acted as Chairman of the Swedish Economic Council of the Invest in Sweden Agency, of the Institute of Technology of Lund and of Ireco Holding. The company also announced that the Board of Directors, meeting was held following the General Meeting, reorganised the Committees as Audit Committee: Chairman: Michel Chambaud, Members: Nicole Bouton, Wolfgang Colbert, Francois Gerard. Remuneration Committee: Chairman: Jean-Dominique Comolli, Members: Lord Douro, Daniele Ricard. Appointments Committee: Chairman Jean-Dominique Comolli and members Lord Douro and Gerald Frere.
