For the fourth quarter, the company reported net loss attributed to OXiGENE Inc. of $7,428,000 or $0.12 compared to $1,800,000 or $0.05 for the same period a year ago. Loss from operations was $8,608,000 compared to $5,780,000 for the same period a year ago. Consolidated net loss was $7,459,000 compared to $2,320,000 for the same period a year ago. The net loss applicable to common stock was $0.12 per share for the three-month period ended December 31, 2009, compared to a net loss of $0.05 per share for the same three-month period of 2008.
