OneScreen Inc. announced that Kai Gray, the former director of operations of Maven Networks, has joined OneScreen as an advisor. At Maven Networks, Kai's role involved managing infrastructure, software features and enhancements, large-scale client implementations, and other aspects of technology and business operations. He currently serves as Senior Director of Operations at Carbonite.

OneScreen Inc. announced that Gokul Rajaram, the former product management director of Google AdSense, has joined OneScreen as an advisor. Gokul brings to the Company extensive experience across a broad range of Internet technologies, including video, contextual, search, and mobile advertising. At Google, Gokul Rajaram developed and implemented the product strategy for Google AdSense, an advertising program that enables publishers to monetize their websites while making their site more useful for visitors.

OneScreen Inc. announced that Nada Usina has joined the company's Board of Directors as a non-executive director. Nada Usina was most recently and notably the president of JumpTV and has had extensive background in the digital media space with senior roles at companies that have set the stage for digital media in the past decade.
