Oragenics Inc. announced that at the company's Annual meeting of shareholders held on October 28, 2009, the shareholders voted to authorize an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to increase authorized common shares from 100 million shares to 300 million. All other provisions of the Articles of Incorporation remained in full force and effect. The Amended Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the Secretary of State of Florida.
