Optigenex Inc. announced the signing of a Supply and Trademark License Agreement with Suracell Inc. to provide its patented ingredient AC-11(R) for use in a focused nutritional and age management dietary supplement program. The agreement coupled with Suracell's marketing plans will provide another platform to introduce Optigenex's technology under the registered trademark AC-11(R) to health conscious consumers in the United States, Canada and South Korea. Beginning in January 2010, Suracell will be marketing a specific dietary supplement regimen. Participants will complete lifestyle questionnaires and will be asked to provide specimens for testing of key bio markers that will form the basis for a focused nutritional supplement program utilizing the diverse line of Suracell formulated products with AC-11(R).

Optigenex Inc. announced the signing of an extended and expanded new contract with its distribution partner in Asia (Itochu Corp.). Under the new license, Itochu has the right to market AC-11(R) technology exclusively in Japan and non-exclusively throughout the rest of Asia (Additional details were not disclosed). The new agreement represents the fulfillment of an important strategic objective to the company in terms of its business development plans for the Asia and further validates its business model in Japan and other countries in the region. Itochu partners with Optigenex under an Exclusive Supply and Trademark Licensing Agreement to market AC-11(R) bulk material and consumer products containing AC-11(R) under sublicenses in Japan and several other Asian countries.

Optigenex Inc.’s common stock has been deleted from OTC Bulletin Board effective November 14, 2008 on account of its filing Form 15. The company has been added to Other OTC.
