NYMET has already begun to use its extensive resources and client base to market the various materials to clients in Asia. NYMET expects sales to commence during the first quarter of 2010. Further, the Agreement was executed in the United States and has been recognized and approved by both the Chilean and Bolivian Consulates.

Nymet Holdings Inc. announced the commencement of salvage operations for the M/V San Leandro and the M/V Fresno on the San Joaquin River. This Project marks the first of many salvage operations that will utilize NYMET's port facility. NYMET has begun to research additional vessels that need salvaging in the area. NYMET believes that this facility will provide long-term sustainability and substantial revenues for the company. Further, the facility will also be used to load and transport scrap metal to NYMET clients both domestically and overseas.
