In addition, the company provides Last Shot Hangover Remedy, a liquid nutritional supplement to help the body combat symptoms that are associated with alcohol-induced hangovers, including nausea, fatigue, and headache; Oraphyte, a nematocide; Prevorex, a liquid dietary supplement designed to help overweight individuals lose weight; purEffect, an acne treatment solution; and Talsyn-CI scar cream. It sells its products through retailers and distributors. The company was formerly known as eFoodSafety.com, Inc. and changed its name to Nuvilex Inc. in March 2009. Nuvilex, Inc. announces that it has signed a Production Agreement with Clementine Art, Inc. to develop and manufacture safe, all-natural marker inks. Clementine Art is the only children's art supply company that develops, manufactures, and sells a full line of natural products. Beginning in December 2009, Nuvilex will manufacture colored marker inks that will be used in 4- and 6-color natural marker sets that will be sold by Clementine Art to its existing and new retail outlets throughout the United States. The Production Agreements also facilitates additional research and development by Nuvilex to expand Clementine Art's marker and new offering product lines.
