Nexxus Lighting, Inc. Delivers First Commercially Available Quantum Dot

Nexxus Lighting, Inc. announced that it has begun production and shipment of its new Array(TM) Quantum LED R30 replacement light bulb. Developed in conjunction with QD Vision, this is the first commercially available LED lamp that utilizes quantum dots to deliver true 2700[deg] Kelvin, high-color rendering (91 CRI) incandescent warm white light at an industry leading 60 lumens per watt. The new Array(TM) Quantum LED R30 features the new co-developed Quantum Light(TM) Optic from QD Vision and unique LED package from Citizen Electronics combined with Nexxus' patented and patent pending design and Selective Heat Sink(TM) thermal management system. Array(TM) Quantum LED R30 will deliver the highest efficiency 90+ CRI system currently available on the market. The new Array Quantum LED R30 lamps will be featured at the upcoming Global Shop trade show at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, March 10-12th in Las Vegas, Nevada. Nexxus Lighting's booth number is 1628. Representatives from both Nexxus and QD Vision will be on hand to demonstrate the product.
U.S. Department of Energy's Caliper Results Confirm Array Lighting as Highest Efficacy LED Directional Lamp

Nexxus Lighting, Inc. announced that according to a review of all nine rounds of CALiPER test results conducted by the U.S. Department of Energy, its Array Par 30 has the highest efficacy (lumens per watt) of any directional LED replacement lamp tested. These performance results have been validated further by more recent and comprehensive independent third party LM-79 photometric tests conducted by ITL in Boulder, Colorado. These tests show the 8 watt Array Par 30 Warm White lamp produced 527 lumens at 3000[deg] Kelvin or 65.9 lumens per watt and the Array Par 30 Natural White lamp produced 545 lumens at 5000[deg] Kelvin or 69.0 lumens per watt. These industry leading results are made possible through Nexxus Lighting's patented design and patent pending Selective Heat Sink (SHS) technology which has resulted in the lightest weight and highest efficacy LED replacement lamp line in the industry. The Company has made copies of the DOE and ITL tests available on its website.
