Its Acetate Fibers, Membranes, and Others segment provides acetate fibers, polyester fibers, polypropylene fibers, water purifiers, hollow-fiber membrane filters, artificial carbonated spring manufacturing equipment, water treatment systems, plant engineering, and construction materials. The company operates primarily in Japan, the rest of Asia, and the United States. It has a strategic business collaboration with Cytec Engineered Materials to advance carbon fiber reinforced composite materials technology.
