For the quarter, the company reported EBITDA of $12.6 million and EBIT of $10.3 million and net income of $10.2 million and total revenue of $132.5 million compared to EBITDA of $81.8 million and EBIT of $4.0 million and net income of $1.4 million and total revenue of $81.8 million for the same period a year ago. For the quarter, the company reported EBITDA of $26.9 million and EBIT of $22.0 million and net income of $20.6 million and total revenue of $279.7 million compared to EBITDA of $9.2 million and EBIT of $5.9 million and net income of $4.4 million and total revenue of $163.7 million for the same period a year ago. For the period, the company reported net cash used in operating activities of $5.0 million compared to net cash used in operating activities of $21.7 million for the same period a year ago.

Maritime Industrial Services Co. Ltd. Inc. has signed a contract with American University of Sharjah (AUS) launching the MIS Executive Development Programme (MIS-EDP), a tailor-made course for MIS focusing on leadership, strategy development, innovation and financial management. The MIS-EDP is one of several initiatives that MIS introduced as part of its strategic growth programme coinciding with its 30th year of operations. The course, which will be taught by full-time AUS faculty from the School of Business and Management, will cover 26 topics.
