On October 14, 2009, MagneGas Corporation entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Eprida Power and Life Sciences Company. The parties entered into the SAA in order to collaborate for the combined use of a MagneGas/EPRIDA system to potentially produce carbon-negative, oxygen-positive fuel, and by leveraging the two systems produce a top soil supporting amendment and other environmentally friendly byproducts. EPRIDA intends to present this combined platform to its customers around the world for purchase and to governmental agencies to obtain grant demonstration funding. With these EPRIDA intends to buy Plasma Arc FlowTM systems from MagneGas.

On October 5, 2009, Magnegas Corporation entered into a teaming agreement with Tetra Tech Inc. The parties entered into the agreement for the purpose of preparing and presenting joint marketing proposals for a Magnegas refinery and product use to the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy and local municipalities. The Agreement will terminate on October 1, 2010. Under the agreement, Tetra Tech shall act as the prime contractor and will be the only party to this agreement to submit proposals to the Clients and to negotiate prime contracts with the clients. The company will act as a sub-contractor. The award of a subcontract to the company is subject to the following conditions: a. Award to Tetra Tech of a prime contract by client for the project. b. Mutual agreement by the company of the price and terms and conditions of the Subcontract. Under the agreement, the company shall assist Tetra Tech in the preparation of the Proposal, as requested by Tetra Tech by supplying in a timely manner pertinent data including without limitation technical approach, understanding and resumes, facility information, company background and experience, necessary cost breakdown, data, hour availability, required certifications and other special requirements. The company shall reasonably support Tetra Tech in any written communication or presentations concerning the proposals.

Magnegas Corporation announced that it has secured additional access to the $680 million metal working fuel market through a fuel distribution agreement with York Welding Supply, its second such agreement in just the last 60 days. York will immediately begin selling MagneGas(TM), created from non-hazardous liquid waste, to their Pennsylvania customers through their office in York and to a territory that also includes Harrisburg, Lancaster and Reading. MagneGas(TM) exceeds all EPA air emission requirements and is a new green fuel technology for this market. York will submit purchase orders based on customer demand and sufficient to maintain inventory at its distribution center; York has already placed its first small order as its initial entry into the market.
