Matinee Media Corporation’s common stock has been deleted from OTC Bulletin Board effective October 28, 2008 on account of its filing Form 15. The company has been added to Other OTC.

Matinee Media Corp. dismissed Jonathon P. Reuben, C.P.A., an Accountancy Corporation as its principal independent accountant. The Company engaged Malone & Bailey, P.C. as its new independent accountants as of February 27, 2008.

Matinee Media announced that on February 11, 2008, Filtering Associates Inc. consummated a merger with Matinee Media Corporation. Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, Mr. David Y. Choi was replaced as the sole member of the Company’s Board of Directors by Messrs. Robert W. Walker, Stephen M. Hackerman, Jordan Levin and Evan Smith. Mr. David Y. Choi was also replaced as the sole officer of the Company by Mr. Robert W. Walker, Chief Executive Officer and President, and Mr. Kevin W. Mischnick, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, on February 11, 2008, the Company filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada articles of merger that, among other things, amend the Company's articles of incorporation to reflect the name change to 'Matinee Media Corporation'.
