Level Vision Electronics Ltd. announced that it has secured part of the financing from Cunningham-Adams Small Cap Fund II starting with the financing of the Handset Production for Homologation to Telcos. Cunningham-Adams Small Cap Fund II advanced the monies necessary to finance the production of the Homologation units as described in the Press Release dated June 10, 2009 as well as the financing of the first order. These handsets are due to be delivered to current customers as well as newly developed Telco relationships, for homologation, by the end of July. Homologation is the first step taken prior to the Telcos certifying a handset on their networks.

LEVEL Vision Electronics Ltd. announced that it has completed design and will offer a new series of entry level handsets to Worldwide, emerging market, Telcos. This new series of cell phones includes several different models that are entirely based on different configurations and options of the Infineon Technologies AG Copyright-ULC(TM) and ULC2(TM) (Ultra Low Cost 2nd Generation) platforms. These new configurations will offer Dual Band RF, SMS as well as capabilities of FM Radio and Bluetooth. These phones will be sold at a very LOW price due to the volume of units of orders that are expected to be placed as well as to meet the needs and requirements of the Telcos in emerging markets. LEVEL anticipates a great response to these new products for the end of the year period.
